She is a native of Ethiopia and her award-winning colorful art is influenced by her joyful and rich Ethiopian culture. Net loves working and experimenting with a wide range of mediums and finds endless inspiration in culture, issues of social justice, and all things flora and fauna. On any given day, Net can be found creating and/or designing in her home studio, goofing around with her two young kids, thrift-hoping at her favorite secondhand shops, and enjoying the outdoors.
