Introduction to Bayesian Analysis of Environmental Data

Bayesian methods and their applications have become widespread due to the availability of algorithms and fast computers, since much of the solution needs to be derived numerically (through simulation) rather than analytically. Many applied scientists are very keen to use Bayesian methods but they don't have the skills to apply it. This unique book introduces Bayesian methodology and shows how to analyse environmental problems using Bayesian statistical methods in a practical effective manner.
