Call to the Nations is a collection of extracts from a fascinating series of letters penned by Shoghi Effendi, the Guardian of the Bahai Faith, to the Bahais of the world. For thirty-six years (19211957¬), from the age of twenty-four, Shoghi Effendi served as the head of the Bahai Faith, directing the affairs of its worldwide community and giving practical expression to its ideals.
