Seven new regional walking titles in this series help walkers enjoy the best of the British countryside. Each book offers highlights of the area, it's regional and topographical features, plus information on footpath signing, countryside access, walking tips and safety guidelines. The 100 walks cover the area in detail, each walk ranging from two to ten miles, depending on the terrain and points of interest along the way. Town and city strolls maybe shorter, depending on the hinterland.
