Susanne Durst
is Full Professor of Management at the Department of Business Administration at Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia). Her research interests include small business management, SME succession/transfers, knowledge (risk) management, and corporate governance. She has been conducting several national and international research projects. Her work has been awarded different awards and has been published in international peer-reviewed journals. Before joining academia, she worked with private enterprises.
Thomas Henschel is a Professor at HTW Business School, Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin. His previous research has focused mainly on corporate governance and risk management. He has published his works in journals such as International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business, and Interdisciplinary Journal of Economics and Business Law, among others.
