Michelle Dunne is the author of a string of thrillers, including hard hitting bestseller, The Good Girl, as well as A Good Mother and The Hotel Maid. But her career started with the Lindsey Ryan series - While Nobody Is Watching and The Invisible, which were inspired by her time as a soldier and UN Peacekeeper in the late nineties. Her work so far has been translated and optioned for television and when she's not busy writing, Michelle is also the founder and organiser of The Spike Island Literary Festival - a crime themed festival on Ireland's own Alcatraz. She also works on Dublin's International crime festival, Murder One.
