The Deadly Pay-Off

THE DEADLY PAY-OFF Calahan sends a couple of his goons to pick up Tank Tabor for a little talk. Calahan, the town boss, has a proposition for him. If Tank can persuade his brother Bill to drop his investigation of Calahan, they'll let Bill live. Tank is a gambler, and he knows the odds aren't with him, but he's got to try. Bill is too honest for his own good-he's going to bring Calahan down no matter what the threat. But Calahan has a special plan in mind for Tank, and not only has him thrown in jail for contributing to a minor, but sets up Tank as a killer as well. Now it's just Tank, his friend Jock, and his lady-love Tess against all the cops and crooks in town. And the odds are definitely not in their favor.
