This proceedings volume contains foundation of anticipation in any system and applications in all the areas of science: economy, biology, cognition, physics, robotics, etc. Strong anticipatory systems deal with systems which behave in taking into account past, present and computed future states. The new mathematical and computational tools of incursion and hyperincursion are developed in this way. In weak anticipatory systems, the future states are predicted from models of these systems.
