About the author MARC DORIO, an experienced HRD consultant and author, is currently President of Dorio Associates, a Titusville, New Jersey-based human resource development firm. He has served as Vice President of McCooe and Associates and is the author of the widely acclaimed Personnel Manager's Desk Book. Mr. Dorio, who is listed in Who's Who in the East, 1993, received his MS in industrial/organizational psychology from the Stevens Institute of Technology in 1979.
