What a Drip

Raindrops keep falling on Cole Day's head - resulting in a very sticky situation. Somehow, the rain clouds have been sprayed with glue, and people are getting stuck fast in big, gooey puddles below. This is the work of a sneaky super-villain named Chuck Ingit-Down, who is stealing whatever he can from his unmoving victims. Snow-Man and his friends will have to rise above the situation in order to fix things this time.
