Antoine Dodé is a French writer and illustrator and a graduate of the St-Luc Institute in Brussels. His first comic book, Armelle et l'oiseau, published in 2004 by Carabas, which he illustrated and wrote, received the St-Michel Audience Award in Brussels. He has drawn numerous comics, notably for the American market: The Crow Curare, written by James O'Barr, published by IDW, and several Percy Jackson graphic novels adapted from Rick Riordan's novels, published by Disney-Hyperion. In 2021, he illustrated a story by Aurélien Ducoudray, Chen les enfants perdus, published by Glénat. In recent years, he has collaborated regularly with the magazine Métal Hurlant, as well as with Éditions de la Gouttière, for which he recently completed a children's comic book, Emilie Kado and The Secret of Spiders.
