Distances

We dream of territories, gardens, towns, earth, leaves and grass. DISTANCES inspires a current of moods and pigments between pages and readers. Colours, drawings and words sharpen our relation to things. This distance between the real and an image establishes a space that needs to be fathomed therefore we propose approaches that use images and texts the very existence of which depends on this distance which renders them visible and critical. A momentary coming together of reality and image. A reconciliation between the image and the word, between something which is alive and its icon, is desirable for inter-subjectivity to become possible. That is the thread of these artificial associations that we invite you to follow, so that projects, works and texts may move on to fictional or theoretical extensions.
