There are lots of serious books about horses, some of which have been written by Martin Diggle and illustrated by Maggie Raynor. In this book, both writer and illustrator have set out to uncover the flip side of equitation; a world inhabited by millions of inexpert and impecunious no-hopers who never-the-less probably manage to get more laughs out of their ill-chosen sport than the most successful household names.
