About the Author
Jose M. Diaz has taught Spanish for 42 years in New York City. He has served as a member and Chair of the AP (R) Spanish Language and Culture Development Committee; and as Table Leader and Question Leader for scoring the AP (R) Examination. He has led workshops throughout the United States and Europe and continues as a consultant for the College Board (R).
He has also written several guides and articles for a number of College Board publications. He is the co-author of AP (R) Spanish: Preparing for the Language and Culture Examination; Abriendo paso: Temas y lecturas; Abriendo paso: Gramatica; and !En Marcha! among others. He has a B.A.in Spanish Literature from Hunter College and a M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University.
