Optimization Algorithms for Engineers
Description
The book provides simple and understandable computational concepts and algorithms used for optimization of engineering design so that reader can develop their own programs in any high level programming language. This book intended to meet the needs of diverse range of groups interested in optimization techniques. It requires only an elementary knowledge of numerical techniques and matrix operations to understand most of the topics. It is designed to serve as basic text book for undergraduate and post graduate students of all disciplines of engineering as well as reference for faculty, researchers and engineers interested to apply optimization as tool for the purpose design.
