The Worry

The Worry was written to coach children who can feel worried or anxious, learn how to find courage, confidence, and curiosity so that they can handle any worries in their lives. We believe that when children are given access to HOW their mind works and learn that they can change their internal world, transformation is inevitable. Consider this book if, as a parent, you have concerns that your child is showing physical symptoms (sore head, sore tummy, change in sleep pattern), emotional symptoms (crying, sadness, anger, frustration, withdrawn, feeling scared), and/or behavioural symptoms (avoiding situations, not talking about their worries) What your child may be saying/doing; "I don't know what to do!" The Wise for My Size programme helps young people to develop soaring self-esteem, and strong self-confidence, achieve their goals, manage mistakes, handle stress and anxiety, build resilience, and deal with peer pressure.
