Kim Davies is a writer on alternative health and Eastern holistic practices. She has written on yoga, reflexology, natural pregnancy, and the spiritual aspects of relationships. She has traveled widely in India and South-East Asia, and now lives in Brighton, UK. Simon Robins has been training in tai chi since 1991. He trained in Cheng Man Ching's tai chi and qigong with a direct student of Cheng's for the 15 years. He is Chief Instructor of The School of Tai Chi Chuan and Internal Arts.
