Kathy Daniels is an Employment Law Specialist and consultant, and is the lead tutor for employment law programmes at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). For over 20 years she was Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor (Engagement) and Professor of Practice at Aston University, UK, teaching employment law and employee relations at both undergraduate and master's level.
