a lovely Irish tale ... This picture book is beautifully illustrated; you could spend days admiring it. It's a story that is close to home, based on the well-known islands off the Kerry coast. It has a fun interactive element for the young readers, where they can spot and point out where puffling is hiding on each page. But the illustrations are really nice so maybe a 7 or 8 year old would enjoy looking at this book and reading it for their younger brother or sister. My favourite part was following Puffling's brave yet fun trek around Skellig. Although this book may be aimed at younger readers, I am ten years old and I loved it. I would recommend this book to anyone who is young at heart, has a love of wildlife and enjoys stories that include good morals.
