Description
The purpose of this book is to pass on details of the work of developers and researchers in the field of Local Communications Systems Management. The term `Local Communications Systems' was chosen so as to allow as wide a subject base as possible, and hence not preclude work which may have been taking place on the management of, for example, PABX systems. As a result, the papers cover many aspects of the subject, including LANs, ISDNs and distributed systems management.
