Barry Cushway is an independent HR consultant and Personnel Adviser to the Institute of Directors. With over 30 years' HR and employment law experience, he has previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hay and MSL and has undertaken projects for over 100 public and private sector organisations.
Barry Cushway is author and Executive Editor of Gee's best-selling loose-leaf work, Essential Facts: Employment, and numerous other books, including Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour and Design and The Employer's Handbook (all Kogan Page).
