Family Law Lecture Notes

This structured text deals essentially with aspects of the law related specifically to membership of a family unit. Rights and duties concerning parents and children are noted and explained and full account is taken of the changes envisaged in the Family Law Act 1996. Particular attention is given to the continuing effects of the Children Act 1989.
