In his closing address to the Ephesian elders, Paul states: "Therefore, I testify to you this day that I am innocent of the blood of all men. For I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole purpose of God" (Acts 20:27). J.R. Cuevas received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from U.C. San Diego and graduated with a Master of Divinity from The Master's Seminary. He is a member of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors and is currently pursuing a Doctorate degree in Ministry with an emphasis on Expository Preaching at The Master's Seminary. He currently ministers as an elder and Pastor of Christian Education and Biblical Counseling at Grace Bible Fellowship in Silicon Valley.
