Craig A. Cruzen is employed by NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. His team develops operations requirements and processes for launch and space vehicles. Mr. Cruzen has served as an International Space Station (ISS) Payload Operations Director and holds a B.E. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Johanna M. Gunn has held numerous leadership positions in mission operations and ground data systems at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, most recently as Manager of Integrated Ground Data Systems. She has a broad background in ground systems management and system engineering, working extensively in the field of mission operations. Ms. Gunn was the recipient of the Exceptional Service Medal and other NASA awards. Patrice J. Amadieu is employed by the European Space Agency (ESA) in support of ATV operations. Previously he was Deputy Project Manager during development of the ATV Jules Verne, and prior to that he worked for MATRA Space. Mr. Amadieu graduated from the "Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Ingenieurs Arts et Metiers" in France.
