Since their debut in 1970 with "Whole Lotta Love", Led Zeppelin initiated the heavy metal sound. During that decade the band dominated the rock world like no other group has. The book is a history of their music and superstardom. Included is an interview with Jimmy Page telling the history of the band in his own words; inside-the-studio details of recordings; and a chronology of the band's career. The photographs include unpublished images by the band's official tour photographer, Neil Preston.
