Kate is an accomplished hand-embroider, artist and teacher who found embroidery at the age of 7. After completing an art degree, she trained on the Apprenticeship Program at the Royal School of Needlework, and has built up a huge repertoire of embroidery techniques and knowledge.
Kate has worked on prestigious commissions as part of the RSN team of stitchers, including the Princess of Wales' wedding dress and the coronation robes of King Charles III and Queen Camilla.
Kate runs her own thriving business, Bespoke Embroidery, based in Godalming, Surrey, working both public and private commissions and teaching. She works regularly for fashion houses, with clients including Hermes, Dior and
