Persons
Frances Silverman is a solicitor and formerly a reader at the College of Law (now the University of Law). She is author of Standard Conditions of Sale: A Conveyancer's Guide and co-author of Conveyancing Checklists. Frances sits as a fee paid employment judge and as a judge in the First Tier Property Tribunal and is a founder member of the Institute of Expert Witnesses.
