Collins-Robert French Dictionary

Containing over 380,000 references and 490,000 translations, this dictionary has expanded wordlists, based on the evidence of the Cobuild Bank of English as well as from Le Roberts monitoring programme of the French language. Additional vocabulary from the fields of business, environment, computing, medicine, sports and leisure is also included as well as coverage of American English and Canadian French. A 72-page supplement, "Language in Use", is also included to provide a thematic grammar of communication in French and English.
