Active Science: Assessment Activities - Handbook A

"Active Science 3" comprises a pupil's book, a set of copymaster worksheets for the use of the pupil, a teacher's guide, an assessment activities pack (A), which provides a range of activities that fit naturally into the teaching scheme used (in the form of photocopiable masters) and an assessment activities handbook, which offers guidance to teachers on the use of pack A and which fits into other areas of the curriculum. This set of publications completes the "Active Science" set of materials for Key Stage 3 pupils. This handbook is designed to accompany and offer guidance on the use of the assessment activities pack (A). It aims to help teachers on linking to other curriculum areas and with assessment criteria linked to National Curriculum attainment statements.
