Atlanta Dream

The Atlanta Dream was founded in 2008. Since then, the team has made it to the WNBA Finals three times. The Dream features some of the best players in the sport today--including Allisha Gray, Rhyne Howard, and Cheyenne Parker. The Dream has yet to win a championship, but the team's talent and determination keep fans coming back to Gateway Center Arena each year. They cheer on their home team as the players continue to chase their dream of becoming the top team in the league. Part of the WNBA series, Atlanta Dream tells the story of how this women's basketball team, whose name was inspired by a civil rights champion, has become the pride and joy of Atlanta sports fans.
