As a coach and coach developer, I aim to center holistic athlete wellness and development. This book is a great resource for that: it provides much-needed, broad and deep definitions for athlete-centered well-being. More than that, Winning Well includes practical tips and case studies to help coaches, coach developers, and athletes better understand how to care for themselves and one another.
