Description
Too many project management guides focus on process and technology - and all but ignore the all-important human component. "The Project Management Workbook" shows project managers how to seamlessly combine all three and work effectively with both the people who complete each step and the decision makers who call the shots. From kicking off a project to analyzing its results, this hands-on guide reveals how to capitalize on your most valuable resources - the people who ultimately drive the projects.
