He teaches Windows 2000 and related courses and is the author of several Exchange 2000 technical courses. He has written numerous books and articles on Windows NT technology, Windows 2000, and Exchange 2000 technologies. Richard Luckett is the President of American Messaging Inc., a consulting firm specializing in designing and implementing Windows 2000 Active Directory Services and Active Directory Integrated Systems with an emphasis on Exchange 2000 deployments and migration. Richard has designed, deployed, administered, and consulted on Exchange since version 4.0 was released in 1996. Richard is also an instructor and author, teaching a full range of Windows 2000 and Exchange 2000 courses.
