Rick Schuman is manager, Traveler Information Systems, PBS&J. He received his B.S. in engineering from Boston University and M.S. in systems engineering from George Mason University. Geoff Halstead is president and CEO, The Traffic Station, Los Angeles, CA. He graduated Cum Laude from Yale University. He has been largely responsible for developing syndication and co-marketing contracts with such companies as Microsoft, MSNBC, Zip2/Alta Vista, Planet Direct, Electric Village, Infoseek/Go Network, Mapblast/Vicinity Corporation, GTE Wireless and Bell Atlantic Mobile, and others. Kan Chen is Professor Emeritus at the University of Michigan. An IEEE, AAAS and ITS AMERICA Fellow, he received his B.EE. from Cornell University, and S.M. and Sc.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Chen holds several patents, has authored 7 books and over 140 articles published in professional journals.
