Legal Executive Study Guide

At the beginning of the ILEX Part One, Year One course, students are often afraid of certain areas of law such as tort and land which can be perceived as "intellectual" and "difficult". This book aims to make the law approachable and shows students it can be understandable. Activities are used to help students apply their knowledge to problem questions.
