Kat has no responsibilities and nothing to tie her down. She'd graduated university with no plans. She was an artist, but hadn't drawn in five years. She was lost. Katriona Chapman is an illustrator and comic creator based in London. She's exhibited with the Association of Illustrators and the National Exhibition of Wildlife Art. She co-created the anthology Tiny Pencil and contributes to Ink & Paper and Save Our Souls. She created Katzine which won Best Ongoing Series in the 2017 Broken Frontier Awards.
Her graphic memoir, Follow Me In won 'Best Non-Fiction Work' in the 2018 Broken Frontier Awards, and her follow-up book Breakwater was one of the New York Times' top ten graphic novels of 2020.
