Description
Structural steel is widely used in many structures such as Bridges, multi -floor buildings, Towers, Stadium. This is mainly due to the desired properties like uniform mechanical properties, Good strength to weight ratio, formability's etc. The mechanical properties of structural steel depend on different parameters and factors i.e micro structure, metallurgy and casting condition. In this book mainly focused the analysis of effect of parameters in structural steel. The input parameter of the major alloying elements namely carbon, copper, and chromium has been investigated of structural steel. Further linear and Non-linear regression model have been developed for responses namely yield strength, Ultimate tensile strength and percentage elongation.
