Modern Traction Data

RCTS Publications has produced a further book based on its database. This volume covers Classes 24, 25, 26 and 27 and, as normal, utilises information from the RCTS Database which has been built up over the years from the earliest examples of modern traction up to 2025 and continues to grow as the locomotives life history unfolds.

This book concentrates on the four classes and offers information on each locomotive of each class from build to final scrapping or continued life for those that entered preservation. The details shown includes allocations of each locomotive plus namings together with the details of the ownership of all locomotives. The book is illustrated with colour images displaying many of the liveries carried by the locomotives from green through to individual ones developed by loco.
