Professor Jennifer Kim Lian Chan has a PhD in Tourism and Hospitality Management from University of Strathclyde, Scotland. She is a tourism management lecturer at the Faculty of Business, Economics and Accountancy, Universiti Malaysia Sabah, Malaysia. Her research interests include consumer behavior and qualitative and mixed methods in tourism.
