Jo Carby-Hall, MA, LLB, PhD, D.Litt., LLD (honoris causa), is an Advocate and former editor of "Managerial Law" and Deputy Editor (law) of the "Journal of Legislative Studies". He has published thirty-two books, numerous chapters in books, encyclopaedias, and articles in five languages. He is a legal adviser to governments and international organisations, and holds four State Orders.
Aneta Tyc, Dr. Habil. Iur., is an Associate Professor at the Department of European, International and Collective Labour Law of the University of Lodz, an author of numerous publications in the field of labour law, including Global Trade, Labour Rights and International Law: A Multilevel Approach (Routledge, 2021).
