Description
What if the answers you've been searching for aren't out there... but already within you?
In a world filled with noise, expectations and constant pressure to perform, it's easy to lose connection with the one voice that matters most - your own.
In Blank Space: Your Inside Job, Carol Campbell invites you to pause, breathe and rediscover the quiet wisdom that already lives inside you.
Rather than offering another formula for fixing your life, this book creates something far more valuable: space.
Space to think clearly.
Space to question the stories you've been carrying.
Space to make decisions that feel right for you.
Through powerful reflections, personal insights and thought-provoking prompts, Carol explores the inner journey of self-awareness, leadership, identity and personal transformation.
Inside this book, you will discover how to:
Reconnect with your inner voice and intuition
Step out of external expectations and into authentic self-leadership
Challenge the beliefs that keep you stuck
Trust your judgement and make clearer decisions
Design a life that reflects who you truly are
Whether you're a leader, entrepreneur, professional or simply someone who feels successful on paper but uncertain inside, this book offers a refreshing and deeply human approach to personal growth and self-discovery.
Because the most important work you will ever do doesn't start outside.
It starts within.

Carol Campbell is a wife, mother, executive coach, lifelong learner, and executive with over 25 years of experience across retail and hospitality.Starting in her hometown in Scotland, her career has followed a wonderfully squiggly path across three continents, from shop floor to boardroom and everything in between. She has led large teams, navigated complex transformations, and built a career helping organisations and individuals think more clearly about how they lead.Throughout her career, Carol became increasingly interested in the 'inside job' of leadership: the beliefs, habits, and assumptions that shape how we make decisions, show up under pressure, and influence others. Her work centres around the belief that in an increasingly complex world, leaders do not need more answers; they need space. Space to think. Space to decide. Space to lead. Blank Space was born from the recognition that if people create space, they can reconnect with their own judgement and lead with greater clarity and intention. When she isn't coaching, writing, or leading, Carol can usually be found with her husband, son and Hamish the dog at their happy place on Loch Fyne, doing yoga; listening to curated playlists; journaling with an over-supply of pens and notebooks; or quietly observing the fascinating ways humans behave at work and in life.
