Description
Three years ago, Billie had to rebuild her life after a brutal falling out with her former comedy partner, Kit. As far as Billie's concerned, she's drawn the curtain on the comedy world for good. But when she meets Ted at a Christmas party, it feels like fate - even if he comes with baggage. And for Ted, Billie represents the kind of success he can only dream of. After their affair is exposed, Ted's life implodes and he moves in with Billie. Convinced it's all or nothing with Ted, she puts her coaching career on hold, skips a long-dreamed-of trip to Vietnam, and follows Ted to the Edinburgh Festival. But as Ted's behaviour worsens, old wounds reopen, and she begins to fear the past might be repeating itself.
A novel about messy people, bad decisions, and finding freedom in the wreckage, ARSEHOLES will appeal to fans of the TV show Hacks, Emma Jane Unsworth, Dolly Alderton, and Madeleine Gray.
