Melanie Combes is a children's illustrators who lives and works in Lyon, France. After studying applied arts at the Ecole Estienne in Paris, she worked as a graphic designer for Albin Michel. Since 2008, she has concentrated on her own creations, illustrating children's books for Nathan, Larousse, Bayard Presse and Tourbillon. Inspired by nature, travel and her dreams, her designs have also been used on stationery, home furnishings and for children's toys.
