Dr. Brent Buss loves watching people shine in their health and well-being. He has made it his life mission to spread health, happiness, and hope to children around the world. The Monsters Inside of Me was inspired after seeing thousands of kids in his practice, as well as having kids of his own. After watching his 4-year-old daughter speak about some lifestyle choices and changes (drinking more water and avoiding sugar), he wanted kids and their parents to realize that they can better manage their health outcomes with little changes to their lifestyle, too. Little changes can make a huge difference. And when everyone's little monsters are happy, we are, too!
