Description
She wanted a knight in shining armour but settled for a playboy in bare feet and ray bans.
When a beautiful woman gatecrashes a fundraiser Romano is hosting at his London hotel, she provides a welcome distraction from the pain of the unexpected death of his younger brother. Until he discovers who she is.
Georgia de Havilland believes in love and happy ever after. But after losing her beloved sister in a car accident, all she wants is to bring up her orphaned nephew, baby Matteo. Her step-father, Preston Latimer, who has never loved anyone in his life, orders her to leave the house and never come back. He forbids her to see Matteo again. There is only one person who can help her get Matteo back - the baby's uncle, Romano Rossini. Romano proposes to Georgia, but a marriage of convenience means the end of her dreams of finding her soul-mate. Can she settle for a marriage devoid of love for the sake of being mother to Matteo? Romano is prepared to fight Latimer in the adoption courts - fairly and legally. Latimer, however, is prepared to lie and cheat to win the battle for the little boy. Romano is determined to adopt Matteo. But is he prepared to break the law?
Can Georgia convince Romano to allow love into his life? Will Matteo have the loving parents he deserves? This is the story of loss, love and redemption.
