Reanimation of the Paralyzed Face

This volume is a step-by-step atlas of the major surgical reconstructions performed to reanimate the paralyzed face following nerve damage due to trauma or disease, which may result in involuntary facial contractures and facial asymmetry, impairing function and facial aesthetics. The text reviews the diagnostics, and proceeds to illustrate nerve and muscle grafting procedures, as well as adjunctive procedures which are presently used to restore structure and function to the paralyzed face.
