Born in 1955, Mike Buckle has followed Hearts for over 50 years, witness the highs and lows of his beloved club. During this time, he has developed an expansive knowledge of the history of the club, in particular the 'golden age' of the 1950s. He is a regular contributor to the Hearts history and memorabilia magazine, Eighteen 74, and has written and produced an event about the 1957/58 season for the Leith Book Festival.
Mike is both a season ticket and shareholder and continues to follow the club throughout the UK and abroad, charting their European exploits.
