This source book and training guide is intended for conveyancing support staff. It sets out the mechanics of the conveyancing process in plain language and gives step-by-step instructions and supporting information for almost 50 forms. It explains in detail when and how to use each form, where to send it and when to expect a reply. This edition has been revised and re-designed to improve accessibility and navigation. It provides coverage of: the National Conveyancing Protocol ("TransAction 2001"); Land Registry forms and the "Enquiries of Local Authority" form; and developments, including a list of relevent websites and an overview of initiatives from the Land Registry and the Law Society.
