Basel III Legal Implementation in the EU

The implementation of the new Basel framework of December 2017 will be a significant change for banks in the European Union. With EBA's publications on the call for advice of the EU Commission in the second half of 2019, the process for the legal implementation of the final Basel III Regulations has now started.
