Currently, he is a partner in Shiloh Consulting, a business and network consulting company. He has developed many network testing procedures and several widely used testing utilities. Mr. Buchanan has written many articles appearing in LAN Magazine, The Network Journal, The CNEPA Journal, and Network World, and he also served on the Networld advisory board.
